Happy Halloween to everyone
I've been meaning to get to this blog to talk about Battlestar Galactica and my new fav show Heroes. Both have more than kept up with their part of the deal and have delivered very powerful very entertaining shows.
I have a few photos of me in my costumes but this site is freezing so you'll have to wait til I can fix it.
For now I hope you had a safe and fun Halloween.

TV strikes back with lots of goodies
I can't remember a time where I had to fight to figure out what to watch and what to TIVO and sadly what to miss. Miss because my TIVO only lets me tape 1 show and then I watch the other on my 2nd TV.
This has been a real issue on Monday's at 9 pm where I had Heroes and Vanished and then Runaway. In which what was happening was I was watching Vanished, taping Runaway and getting stuck with watching my true favorite on Friday's Heroes on the Sci Fi Channel!
AARRGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now it seems like TPTB have decided to release me from my Hell by cancelling Runaway and it seems Vanished has done just that "Vanished" thanks to Baseball or Football or something sport game.
SO.... I'm back at watching my totally favorite bestest show ever shown on TV...HEROES!!!!!!!
But thats my TV while over on cable my favorite came back too....BATTLESTAR GALACTICA!
Now your talking baby!!! Ohh Yeah!!!
Sorry I "Lost" it for a second. And speaking of Lost what a terrific show.
I am telling you, it's frakin' carzy these days with sooo many great shows out there.
Did I mention Jericho yet? Or Kidnapped? Or Eureka (thank god the season finale came but what a great show)?
I could go on forever but really MOST OF THESE SHOWS WILL BE CANCELLED BY THE TIME I FINISH THIS BLOG.
Opps did I make a statement. Wonder if I'm right.
If I am then my bet is on poor Kidnapped. :( R.I.P. my friend I really liked ya!

Battlestar Galactica the Webisodes
Just a quick note to let you know that on Sci Fi channel's website they have webisodes that pertain to the show's plot lines.
They are really cool and they last about 5 minutes so you're really not taking to much time.
Why don't you click on the link and go watch them.
SPOILER ALERT!!!:
One of the characters dies in the first episode.
Can you figure out which one?

Matthew makes it Marvelous.
Fried Frays of freaked out fury. Fat Momma And Feedback have finished their final forray.
And the winner of Who Wants To Be A Superhero is.....
Like if you didn't know Feedback was gonna win.
Fat Momma couldn't even do any of the film stuff. And correct me if I'm wrong but they are gonna have a movie based of the winner, so if you can't even do any of the acting stuff then HELLO!
Feedback was so thrilled. You could just see he was in total Heaven last night. I am very happy he won but my top choice Major Victory lost out cause Stan the Man thought he was to goofy; almost a parody of a hero.
All in all I really liked this show. And I will so be there if they do another one.
Maybe even be in it..... hummm?

Who wants to see who wants to be a superhero?
New show time guys.
Here's a quick quiz.
What new show has Stan Lee as the announcer of a new reality show where contestants vie for the tile of greatest super hero?
If you guessed Treasure Hunters then you are totally WRONG!!!
Dude its that new show on SciFi called Who wants to be a SuperHero.
And let me tell you its fast passed and loads of fun!
The first episode had 12 finalists inside a secret house waiting to see Stan the Man.
Well when he does show up everyone is drinking and dancing and acting like a bunch of fools. But what do you want from a bunch of Grown men and women dressed up like Monkey women and Giant gun toting dweebs.
BAM!!!!! Stan drops the first bomb. Someone isn't a contestant but really a spy for him and his fat ass name was rotiart which is traitor spelled backwards! Can you "Image" that.
(sorry a little comic industry joke there)
Anywho rotiart has been filming everyone and it seems like 3 heros are already on the chopping block.
Levity was the gay superhero who in his real life sells action figures costing around 300 dollars a piece and plans to sell action figures of himself when he becomes famous.
Creature has been flirting with every guy that crosses her path from the moment they meet.
Iron Enforcer wants to kill all the bad guys he can get his hands on.
Everyone is lead to a "Secret Lair" but one of these 3 won't make it in.
Seems Stan the Man was feeling a bit homophobic today so buh-bye to sweet looking Levity.
Sorry dude you should have left your costume in the closet.
The first task is at hand as Stan tells the 10 remaining their first mission.
They must show up at this park in street clothes then change into their costumes (out of sight so that no one can see them - like duh) and then make it pass this archway to the finish line. The first one to do this wins.
Or do they?
Seems like this is gonna be a better show then I thought.
You see Stan wasn't looking for who was the fastest but rather who has "what it takes" to be a true hero.
There was a little girl right at the finish line crying looking for her mommy. The goal was to stop what you were doing and save the little girl. As a true hero would do.
Well many did stop but several didn't.
Iron Enforcer, Monkey Girl and Nitro G all decided to pass up this little sweet girl just to win the prize. Others passed her too but these 3 were the ones singled out.
Well look who's on the chopping block again. Our manic killer Iron Enforcer.
Will he be the next to go?
Well believe it or not they are gonna eliminate another hero tonight.
BAM! another one's gonna bite the dust and this time it's Nitro G who changed into his costume right in front of everyone? Dude don't cha know to hide when you change. I mean sheesh!
Anyway Iron Enforcer escapes another defeat.
BUT the second show has our heroes helping out a sweet little old lady who gets locked out of her home.
All the heroes have to do is go around the back jump the fence and open the door. The problem is the 2 attack dogs ready to tear you apart if you get anywhere near that back yard.
What happens next is pure entertainment as each one has to don on these protective clothes, jump the fence and then just touch the back door. If they can't make it all they have to do is say "Uncle".
So the first guy goes and he does great. What follows is all these girls that get dragged around the yard like rag dolls and just torn apart. It had me on the edge of my seat as I watched these poor suckers being slaughtered.
Monkey Girl wasn't about to disappoint Stan again so she was totally amazing. She lasted 9+ minutes where everyone else was out in less then a minute. She just didn't give up and her tenacity payed off with her reaching her final destination. Very impressive indeed!
Iron Enforcer was the one who baffled me the most. He gets all the way across the yard tugging these vicious dogs in tow then quits right before the door.
All he needed to do was reach out and touch the freaking door and then it would be over, but what he does is say "Uncle"?
Is he doomed to lose the next trial?
Well this time he was up with Lameria and Cell Phone Girl.
Cell Phone Girl complained that she had a headache and gave up after only 4 seconds! Wow she needs a little bit of Monkey Juice to get her back into shape.
Well thanks to that Iron guy lasts another trial and Cell Phone chick was hung up on. Don't call us we'll call you.
The last challenge didn't even seem like a challenge.
Everyone had a make over and got new outfits. Everyone looked great in their new duds except Tyveculus who lied about what he thought and said he liked his new costume. Bad boy you know better than to lie. Heroes Don't Lie!
Iron Enforcer was back up on the chopping block along with Feedback who made fun of Tyveculus. Shame on you Feedback. Taunting a fellow hero.
Will Iron Enforcer escape another elimination?
NOt this time boys and girls. Nope this time it was time to crush the iron.
Or was it?
As our little ironman was strolling down the street bad mouthing Stan; Stan popped up on a screen and asks Iron Enforcer if he wants to be the .... wait for it .... Villain!
Iron being the bastard we all know him to be jumps at the chance and out pops Dark Enforcer!
Very cool set up and next week should be tons of fun.
Well kiddies that's it for me. Until next week Make mine Marvel.
Nuff Said!
